Hey Bernd,
Don't listen to my husband. Seriously... your truck wouldn't be able to
deal with the deep, sticky mud on Jon's property. Andy refers to it as
"Pure Evil" and he's absolutely correct. Jason Mooberry in his beautiful
truck with a 4" Trail Master lift and 32x11.5 BF Goodrich AT's got stuck and
had some difficulties.
BTW Jason... I love what you've done with your truck and I'm sure with mud
tires, you would have blasted through all of this stuff with no problems
whatsoever. You've done a beautiful job on your truck. <whining mode on>
"I wanna lift like yours...sniff, sniff" <whining mode off>.
Bernd, I'm just looking after your best interests and your truck when I say
"DON'T LISTEN TO JASON!" for more than one reason.
1. with no power to the front wheels, forget about directional control
2. you can't blast through with nitrous as it's a narrow, twisty trail with
tall trees all around you, and going too fast can mean going over the edge
and dropping a couple of hundred feet into the ravine
3. the mud in some spots seemed bottomless
4. the drive to Jon's would be too long
So, I hope you don't listen to Jason and his challenge regarding your
truck's capabilities.
