Not being an automotive engineer, but you will need a battery source on
demand. Another words a direct connection that is not linked to your
ignition system.

Now that we're on the subject... Does anyone know of a way to make the
power windows operable when the ignition is shut off? I am constantly
puttin' the key back in and turning it on to roll up the windows! Any
