RE: Throttle response

I already have the QuickD intake and throttle body installed on my V6. I
also have the Gibson split rear cat back installed. When the gas pedal is
fully depressed, at what position/angle should the butterfly in the throttle
body be at? Is there a way to test the throttle position sensor to see if
it is providing the correct out put at WOT?

Thanks,
Ken
