R/T stands for Road and Track. They changed it a while back to Rapid Transit
but it is back to meaning Road and Track. As far as the Neons are concerned,
the difference is this: The R/T's have:
No governor
better handling supension
different wheels
the stripe kit
the badges
five speed
and colored moldings and bumpers
and some funky looking seats
