The 522xs are projected tip, truck plugs for the 5.2L (and 3.9L).
The 392x family are listed for the 5.9L (360) but will also work
with the 5.2L and 3.9L.

I run quite often at the track with a modded engine so I use the 3923s
and I have found that any fouling in city-type driving is quite minimal.

The 3924 plug has the normal heat range for our trucks. The 3923
plug is one range colder. Generally, if you frequently run
a heavy load and/or run often at WOT, the colder plug gives
greater benefits.
