I did not install the suspension lift, however I believe the shop used a "whizzer".
As far as the torsion bars go, I just torqued the bolts further.

Actually there are two questions. Number one. What did you use to cut
off the factory bumpstops? Number two. How did you "crank" up the bars? Did
you just turn the bolts in further or did you adjust the position of the bar
in the adjuster? I am planning on doing the same suspension lift and might
want to do the same adjustments. Thanks.
