I didn't say it was the same, only that technical information on the
R/T is available here, and that anyone wanting R/T information should
not feel they are missing out on that by not being on the R/T list.
As for the separate list, an individual created the list, he pays for
the server and he moderates the group. He restricts it to R/T owners
because that is his right, having created it. Some R/T owners have
chosen to join that list, some of us belong to both that one and this
one. As to why it exists, it just does, because someone created it
and people joined. I'm sorry it's existence bothers some people here
so much. There's really no solution, because the owner of that list
cannot be forced to let non-R/T owners on, he's not going to shut it
down, R/T owners are not going to leave the R/T list en masse just
because some people here don't like it, so really, there's nothing
this conversation is going to accomplish. It just bothers me that
some people here really believe R/T owners are elitist snobs, when in
fact we're not. But hey, people are going to believe whatever they
want to believe.
