I have a cap on the back so mounting it somewhere on the bed was out for me so
I went with a hood mount kit from firestik (I believe that's who made the
bracket) and used a K40 antenna. It mounts on the drivers side of the hood
almost directly across from the stock radio antenna using an existing quarter
panel bolt. Looks and works good.

I'm at a loss as to how I can mount my CB and antenna(sp?) in my new
Dak. I'd like to be able to both see it AND reach it. It's a 4X4 cc so
hump mount seems unlikely. Does anyone have any suggestions?
