Yes, we do have the same engine except his started off with 5 more HP than mine did before any mods, due to his upgraded PCM and exhaust. He also has FT 4x4...I have PT 4x4. That helped him in his take offs.

Hmmm...even though you don't have an R/T, you have the 5.9. Excellent
engine choice, by the way. :-) So, with the same engine in both
Durangos it was a pretty even race. Well, until you take into account
your mods. He was probably still stock.
