Heeeheeee! Double number one, huh? THanks, bud. At least it got you off
your butt and motivated to get those plugs in!

I got home last night and realized that hte weekend of that deal in Sealy
that Gene sent to us is the weekend that I'm moving this whole damn
business. It's been in the same place for 21 years so you can imagine how
much crap there is. It's a medical practice that strated with one doc and
two employees. When I joined 5 years a go it was up to 3 docs and about
60 employees. Now it's 10 docs and 140 employees (an a whole lot more
moola). A new, 30,000 square foot building has been built for us. I have
the final walk-thru with the architects on AUg 2. THe move begins the
night of Aug 24. The practice won't start moving until the night of the
25th (after 5 pm). The plan is to begin seeing patients on the morning of
Aug 28. How in the hell do I do both? I hate moving and I really wanna be
in Sealy seeing y'all and RACIN!!!!!! But, she-it, I'm the administrator
of this operation and I gotta make the move happen.

Damn!

Hey Richard, ya gotta have your priorities! lol

Nah, seriously, work pays for lots of things, including fixing up your
truck. Sounds like you guys have made some serious progress over the years!

I'm a little leary of racing my truck again. I've got 92k on it now, and
rely on it for work. I still have 2 and a half years to pay it off, too!

It would be ok if they didn't force you to do a burn out in the water box.
I really feel the burnouts were a major contributor to my tranny going out.
It went south about 2 weeks after racing in Seguine. I'm not sure if I
screwed up the burnout or not.. Hell, it WAS my first time racing. (I don't
normally sit around with my foot on the brake and one on the gas!)...
reminds me of Sammy Hagar for some reason. ;)

I guess I've always got the Mustang as backup. (Yeah the damn thing is
still running great at 218,000 miles). I just hate to break something and
have to pay major bucks to fix it.

I also have a promo to do at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls on that weekend
anyway. (Grand reopening). But I was really planning on doing the
September meet. Even if I don't race, I may go down anyway just to see
everyone.

Didn't hear from the job on Friday. Kind of discouraging, but hopefully
I'll hear something soon. I'll keep you posted.

Have a good one, and don't spank too many R/T's today!

Brett
