Yes, you can program it so the horn chirps. Has to be done with a DRB though.
So you'll prolly have to take it to the dealer. If they try to charge ya for
that I'd tell'em to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. I turned that feature
off on my 97 and it took all of about 5 seconds to do it. The service manager
was gonna charge me $50 of diagnostic time to have one of the techs do it. So I
said to hell with ya, I can work that damn DRB. hehehehe
