It just mentions that it should be tightened to 185 ft. lbs. Do you have
front ABS? There's another section for that.
I found my FSM on eBay, but it took me quite a while to find a good
deal. If it's something you want rather soon, bite the bullet (about $100)
and go to the dealer.
