Did you try washing it with really hot water using
dish soap? That has worked in the past for me when the
[several expletives!] tree has leaked on my vehicles.
Yeah, I wasn't going to mention it because it sounds so simple and low
tech, but hot water and Joy dish soap seem to break down the sap that
occasionally collects on my finish, on those rare times when she's not
parked in the garage that is.
