As Bernd (I think it was) said, the computer needs to relearn if you
unplugged the battery. My engine's smoother than it was with the stock
Champions (about 20K on the truck right now). I had the same problem
when I disconnected my battery just to clean the contacts. Give it a
little time. And next time, you don't need to unplug the battery to
swap plugs.

Speaking of next time, you DID put anti-seize on the threads of the new
plugs, right?
