ALl over the skid plate and all over the cross member under the engine. I
am getting near another oil change and have to figure something out. Do you
have the little "door" underneath to access the filter?

Hey Robert, does the oil get on the skip plate??? Just curious, I have a
2wd and the oil change is pretty clean. I noticed you have a 4X4 thats only
difference I can come up with?

Have any of you installed an oil filter relocation kit on a '00 4.7L dak? I
am getting sick and tired of having oil drain all over the place every time
I change the oil. What a stupid place to put an oil filter.

If you have done this, what brand of kit do you have? How much? Any
problems with the install? Where did you mount the filter?

Will a relocation kit have any negative effects on my engine, oil pressure?
Will I have to put more oil in it when I change it?
