'94 5.2L driveability problem

Hello, DMLers.

I'm having trouble with my '94 5.2L, 5sp, 2wd Sport.

Sometimes, especially with the A/C on, a loud whistling comes from the
throttle body, I think the AIS motor. At these times, the truck won't idle
correctly, and is aggravating to drive at "in-town" speeds.

Anybody have any ideas?
