If they can't get a catalog to you, that doesn't inspire any confidence
that they'll delifer $500 worth of parts. The part that worries the
most is that they say that YOU need to start tracing it. That's their
responsibility, IMO.

I hope you filed a dispute with your credit card company over the charge
so you don't pay for it till you get it.
