Well, my tranny went on my 2000 4.7 Dak after 3 days and less than 300 km
(about 200 miles). They replaced the whole tranny. I really don't like the
idea of having it replaced, especially since i have had other "fit and
finish" problems with the interior. I've pretty much concluded that the
truck will have more issues in the future, so i'm just going to trade it in
as soon as i get it paid off, and get a Quad Cab.
My conclusion is that it was probably built on a Friday or somethin, and i
just got a bad truck. O well, i can't wait 'til i get my Quad. :)
