Subject: DML: Woodward Dream Cruise
A while ago some of the list members from Michigan talked about getting
together at the Woodward Dream Cruise.
The Michigan Chapter of the Dakota R/T club will be getting together at a
members house in Ferndale, this is about 3 blocks off of Woodward. I would
like to take this opportunity to invite our Dakota brethren to join us in
the festivities. The host of this event just asks that you let us know if
you would like to attend, so he can have an idea on how many vehicles to
expect.
I would also like to invite Dakota owners in the Michigan area to join a
mail list we have set up for the Michigan Dakota R/T Club. It mainly deals
with local issues like racing, cruising, car shows, technical problems, and
social get togethers. The URL for this mailing list is

Of interest to some may be 7 R/T's that are in the 13 second club, 5 blown,
two on Nitrous. Three of these R/T's will be featured in upcoming issues of
Mopar Muscle.
I hope this can go a long way to patch up some the bad blood between the two
groups and show some of you that we are good people and not elitist snobs.
