I've posted this before, and Marty can back me on this one.

Here it is again:

Step 1
Remove stock valve covers
Step 2
Clean area around heads (where valve covers were).
Step 3
Remove plug wires
Step 4
Remove plugs
Step 5
Remove OEM rockers (one set at a time), be careful
NOT to drop the rods into the engine.
Step 6
Install new rocker studs (washers side down- use
loctite red), torque to 25# (check the instructions)
Step 7
Install each set of rockers, LOOSELY on the engine.
Make sure you DO NOT DROP THE RODS in the engine.
Step 8
Using a socket on your ALT pulley nut, rotate engine
until TDC Cyl #1... check movement on rockers on Cyl #1,
note timing mark on harmonic balancer/TDC mark. Once
Cyl #1 has closed both valves, your TDC mark should be at
0 degrees on the balancer. Once you are at this point,
tighten Cyl #1 rockers to 0 lash, then continue 1/2-3/4
turn then lock down allen nut (per Crower instructions).
Step 9
Turn engine 90 degrees, note mark on harmonic balancer
should be aligned with 0 degree timing mark. Tighten
rockers on next Cyl in the firing order.
Step 10
Repeat step 9 until all rockers have been tightened (in the
firing order).
Step 11
Install new Mopar Valve covers or OEM covers that have had
the oil baffles 'relieved'.
Step 12
Reinstall plugs
Step 13
Reinstall wires.
Step 14
Pull coil wire, turn over truck for 5-10 seconds
Step 15
Let truck sit 3-5 minutes.. turn over again 5-10 seconds.
Let truck sit another 3-5 minutes. ** NOTE if you have ANY
noise worse than tapping, STOP!!! Remove valve covers and
check EVERYTHING AGAIN.
Step 16
Reconnect coil.
Step 17
Turn over engine, truck will fire up... let it run 5-10
seconds, note-- engine tapping will occur. Turn off truck,
and let it sit for 3-5 minutes, and restart again...
Engine should quiet down in 3-4 start/stop sessions.-- If
noise does not subside, STOP!!! Remove valve covers and
check EVERYTHING AGAIN.
Step 18
Once engine quiets down, drive below 3000 rpm for the first
50 miles for rocker arm break in.
