I have a '96 with a 318. I recently installed a Perma-cool 18" fan. The
fan works great, but the 318 is just a little to much to cool for the fan.
I pulled it out after the first week. If you are interested in it, let me
know. It should cool the V6 just fine. Best thing about the fan? It is
extremely quiet. I hated going back to the factory "Hover Vacuum" fan.

I was thinking about buying another fan like it and running two 14" blades.
This would give me the cooling the V8 needs, but haven't yet made up my mind
to do this. If you are interested in the fan, let me know. I'll make you a
good deal on it. I made special brackets to mount the fan centered in the
factory shroud. I ran it with a 170º thermalswitch. It is a nice setup.

Anyone know which brand or model of electric fan would work best on my 96'
dak 3.9. Flexalite has several different models.
