Hey All!
I went down to Wayne NJ, and than back up to Lake George NY this weekend.
Doing 75-80 with cruise, air, bed loaded, two kids and my wife, I got 21
MPG!!!!
WOOOHOOO! Needless to say I was happy. Although, I think I'm going to need
to get the free flow exhaust and headers. She felt sluggish above 60. I
thought she should've pulled a bit better than she did. Maybe that V8 TB is
a bit TOO big for the sixer. We'll see what happens after I work on the
exhaust system, and the eRam for the intake. Perhaps a supercharger will fix
this? Everyone at work says the easiest fix would be to sell the truck and
buy a V8. BLASPHAMY I SAY!!!! Don't get me wrong, V8 Daks kick a$$, but I
started with this six, and I plan on staying with her till either she (or my
wallet) is maxed out!!!
