I wouldnt worry about it. My friend has a 1980 lifted Suburban 4x4 with a
stout 350 V8 and he has his spare 35" tire/rim mounted on the front. He runs
his spare on the front end all year round and hasnt ever had a cooling
problem. If you are only doing a 4 hour trip, you should be ok. Just keep an
eye on the temp guage. Have fun!
