Gen I 87-92 - early ones have carbs or throttle body
injection. No Club Cab till 90, no V8 till 90. Square
body style.

Gen II 93-96 - Same body style, but with smoother
lines. Magnum Engines (MPFI)

Gen III 97-present - Familiar Ram look, R/T model, now
quad cab.

That's all I can think of, I'm sure someone else knows
