well that is nothing new but they usually don't pull anyone over unless they
are 10 over the speed limit. they have to allow 5 depending on what devise
they use but most will allow ten.

Try living in PA. Just last week I got a ticket for $135 for doing 71 in a
55. The real bitch of it all it that it is a 4 lane divided highway. Why the
hell it isn't 65 MHP I don't know. I do know that I was wishing it that day!
