That's very true Terry. Couple of examples:
Headers for 2000 5.9 engine: walk in-$689.00 cost + 10%-$423.60
MP HP PCM-2000 5.9: walk-in-$436.00 cost + 10%-$282.70
If you're a good customer, generally they'll give you 10-15% off list and
you'll think you got a good deal. 15% off the headers would have been
$585.65. 15% off the PCM would have been $370.60.

My guess is dealer prices are normally more than 10% over dealer cost.
It that's the case, then 10% over dealer cost would be less than the
price you would get if you just walked up to the parts counter off the
street.
