140. Yeah, they could go that fast, but the suspensions weren't built for
that at all. He kept up with me until we hit some turns...after that...it
was all over for him. ;)

Sounds about right. I just wish my 69 RR had a speedo that read more than
120.. It took forever to get the needle to get back off the bottom of the
dash.. about 1/2 mile or so.. just to start moving again.. not just to get
back to 120MPH.. That was with 3.23's and about 120,000 miles on a 400BB.
