Tell them to take a few runs with some offroaders in the dust and mud and
see how they think about their filters then. Hell, they make "Offroad Use
Only" filters. And they claim 25 washings max?!?

Well, Mathematically, it would be every 25 washings under normal usage. It
recommends every 50,000 -100,000 miles, you wash it, right? Taking the least
recommended miles, 50,000, and washing it 25 times, you'd be up to 1,250,000
miles. If you wash it more, that is "abusing" the product in their eyes. So
technically you shouldn't have to wash it more than 20 times.
