Besides being too small, ALL Chrysler rotors all seem to be made out of
inferior materials. So much for the old days....

Are there any alternatives, in the rotor replacement? Any suppliers better
material than stock?

In my old 95 Z28, you could order up great replacement rotors. Same price
as factory parts but far superior.
