There were no 98 Lightnings. the 1st gen Ls were made from 93-95 and a 245
HP 351 Widsor. There were no Lightnings in 96-98. the Lightning reappeared
for 99.5 with 360 HP. For 01 it gets 375 HP, but gets totally ugly.
