ok, I ordered a set of Rams head tail-lights. Asked for Forest green..
what I got was a medium green.. so, instead of trying to go back to the
company, sending them back, getting re-painted (even if they will do that),
figure I'll just paint them myself. go up to walmart, look at the color
code. For Dodge's 92-98, there is only 1 green (Emerald Green). So, I
grab that one (which is the scratch-fix paint on) to see how close that is,
and I grab a can of auto-spray paint of Deep Jewel Green and Emerald green.
Tried the 2 auto-spray paint greens, and pretty much the same color as the
covers already were (just not as shiny). Try the scratch-fix paint, not
even close!! My truck is a LOT darker than what that is, yet this was
labeled as the only green for Dodge/Crysler for that year... any
clues/suggestions (other than gonig to the dealer, although that might be
the easiest solution).
