  I'm not sure if there are any brush/grill guards that come with hooks. My
advice though: Make sure the grill guard bolts directly to the frame. I
bought a grizzley for mine (95) and it bolts directly to the frame. I'm not
sure if the 97+ guards bolt to the frame or not. Also, if you are planing
to use this for a tow/pull point, I would make sure that the grill guard is
ONE piece. I think the majority of the guards are "bolt together". I
wouldn't trust this. If nothing else, it will bend your guard out of shape
with the first good pull. Options there, if you can't buy a one piece, are
to have it welded once you bolt it together. Then you could drill some
holes and add hooks. Just some stuff to think about!
