Powerdyne Problem....it's baaaaack.

@#$!....The problem is back (not as bad though) and it's pointing to the
fuel pressure. At idle, it's at 60psi and at 4 - 5psi of boost, it's
already at 75-78psi. Taking the BTM did solve a large portion of the
problem but i'm now also getting "Fuel Injector Malfunction" codes under
boost. (No...it's not the 19# FMS Injectors.) From talking to a local Dyno
shop (who also custom build the Viper fuel systems), they suggested that I
install a fuel return line into the system rather than using the loop that
Powerdyne puts into their inline pump.

I can reset the computer and the problem goes away for about 48 miles...then
it's back. (I'll give you one guess what that means...) I'm going to their
shop either Wednesday or Thursday to put the truck on the Dyno and finally
get to the bottom of the this problem.

I'll keep you all posted....
