My v6 did the same thing when I went to a synthetic.
At idle the pressure drops to 40 but under a RPM load
it rises back to where it used to be. What weight are
you using? I thought it was because I went from a
10w30 synthetic blend to a 5w30 synthetic.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?
