I would go exhaust first, then PCM. Your intake and your exhaust is going
to make your truck run better even with the stock PCM. Besides, I notice
you have the 4X4. There is currently no availability for an HP PCM for your
vehicle and that's not changing anytime soon.

Subject: DML: Mopar PCM vs Intake/Exhaust Upgrades?

Ok...I put in a poor boy intake and was thinking of going with a 2.5 inch
catback exhaust to compliment it but some recent posts about the Mopar PCM
has got me thinking... From what the KRC upgrade says about the big change
the Mopar PCM makes for 4.7 L owners, would this be a better upgrade to go
with before the exhaust? Just wondering... Do you think they will come out
with the separate controller for the auto tranny to make the shift points
better? I had a chip in my Mustang 5.0 and it definately made it go faster!
