I also have a '96 Dak with the 6x9 chrome powered mirrors, and mine do
the same thing. I have found that cracking the windows slightly will help,
though it won't completely eliminate it. If it *really* gets to you on a
trip, I guess you could just fold them back, but that's probably not the
safest option...
