That's what welding is for! Mopar Action (I think) just slapped a Suspension Brace (front to rear) on some old Mopar, they used the same basic materials, but instead of painsy ass bolts, they welded the mount to the frame (TIG) and then had the bar of the same size be removable, but had a collar with 2 bolts per side, that slid over the connection and bolted together with 4 grade 8 1/2"bolt (I think) sounds stout enough to me, but still removable for basic matainance....\\
