Supply & Demand. Same here in LA is two gasoline refinery and it is cheaper
to buy gas in the Midwest.

Gas is pretty much the same up here in Sarnia, 71.5 seems to be what
everyone is at right now. Funny thing is we refine it here in town, but
there are places that are cheaper than here!!! Crazy...
