Well, you're breathing out, but your engine stil need some help getting
air in, especially at your altitude. Start with a new throttle body.
Everyone's been singing the praises of the M1 intake manifold lately.

An underdrive pulley on your crankshaft and switching to an electric fan
will help a lot, from what I hear. I have a fan, waiting to install it
(hoping this weekend!). They'll improve your mileage and help the
engine to "spin up" faster by taking that load off it.

An updgraded ignition system will get you a better, stronger spark,
which will burn the fuel better. More power, more mileage.

The catch with all these "more power, more mileage" mods is that if you
get a heavy foot and USE the extra power all the time, you won't gain
much in mileage. It's a tradeoff.

If you don't already have one, get a tonneau cover. It improved my gas
mileage dramatically.

I don't think any of your engine mods will have as profound an impact on
your fuel economy as that lift.
