IMO, you're right at the limit with 5000lbs, Personally, I wouldn't get
a trailer larger than 22' with my V-6, and I've shopped around for them
as well. Go weigh your truck, and then look in your owners manual for
the GCW rating (Gross Combined Weight) and add the 2 up. Mine is like
8800lbs GCW if I remember correctly, therefore my 3,960lb truck w/out me
in it can tow about a 4500lb trailer.
