Not really when you apply the same logic, it will produce in the 1500-1700HP
range. I have seen a Honda produce a mere 770HP and may last only a few
runs but then there was a Mopar big block and it pushed over 1550 HP. More
than doubled the Asian Rice cooker.

There is an old saying "the only substitute for cubic inches is cubic feet"
When it comes to torque, If you don't have it you don't have it. Big
diesels
have loads of torque and very little hp for their size. You can put a tubo
on a 4 banger and develop more hp than a big v8 that is normally aspirated
but you will not get much torque.
