oops... amsoil actually says 25000 miles or 1 year. Their less expensive
oil is 7500 miles or 6 months.

Amsoil will mix with regular oil, without a problem. And for 25000mile or 6
month change intervals I'll pay the 5.50 a quart they charge.

I went with MOBIL1 10w-30 because in a pinch you can add regular oil to
it and it will mix. I don't think Amsoil will.
