Steven, at the opening, the 4.7L TB is approx 66.6mm.At the throttle plate
it is approx 60.3mm and then tapers back out to approx 65 mm at the rear of
the TB. About the best you could hope to do it bore it out a constant 65mm,
if thats possible??? only a 7.7% increase in size.

The thing is this, why use two superchargers and not just a bigger
supercharger. Two superchargers means twice the parasitic drag off the
motor. I think it is for looks, nd there is no performance benefit to it.
It is the manifold pressure that matters. A twin turbo has slight lag but
can make boost down low and is very efficient up high. They get hot, but
that is why you use a intercooler.
