Uhhh, it might be a little easier to understand you if you'd separate your
sentences a little.

Obviously, you have moisture getting under or into your dash and that seems
to be causing short circuits. First you need to find the leak(s) and fix
them. Then you need to find where you might have some exposed wiring and/or
a lose ground and fix that. Whether you find them or your dealer finds is
dependent on how much you want to pay.

Car seats are pretty easy to install and anchor. I didn't have a whole lot
of problems doing it. Just make sure you seal the hole for the anchor bolt
with silicone sealer and you're set.

Don't know if I helped you with any solutions. Sounds like you already knew
those were the problems to begin with. Various people on the DML have had
some electrical problems, though, not necessarily exactly like yours.

Subject: DML: Hi all new member here.

Hi there, I have finally got my truck it only took me years to get it I
think it was 5 a least I can recall it been 5 or so was probably more
then that I have had a eye out on the lots and things like that to find
the right one for me and then life happen like it does and little things
had to be changed about the truck big one was the child seat :) any ways
that's a whole different story in itself but I tell you the dealership
didn't see me coming cost them about $300.00 to but in my system for the
car seat(s) anyway would just like to say hi and introduce myself as a
morpar fan of coarse is there any other kind of car or truck out there
lol anyway I have been having a problem with my new truck and I took it
in and got the run around from the dealer and know that they say they
fix it it's worst my dash shorts out goes nuts when rainy and moist out
instead of just losing the radio power windows and interior lights and
the dealership blamed it all on my stereo and I still lose the CD Player
when the dash goes as well. Any ways the truck is a 95 CC SLT does
anyone out there have any info on this problem i.e. has it happen to you
and did you get it fixed.

P.S. to all those fathers to be out there if you don't know how to put
in a car seat there is a way (DON'T LISTEN TO THE DEALERSHIP THEY DON'T
KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT I DIDN'T AND FOUND THAT CAA HAD A
NUMBER FOR A BIG SHOOT IN CHRYSLER AND THAT'S WERE I GOT MY INFO FROM
AND THE DEALER HERE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND CAA WAS UPSET AT
HOW THEY TOLD ME TO PUT THE SET IN FOR IT WAS NOT SAFE) that is safe but
it's not cheap all in all it's worth the cost though. Not sure if it's
the same systems down in the states but Canada has came up with a system
for all the little Dakota's. And if anyone has this system installed
into there truck did you get your vinyl cover hack up too? (for the CC
that is) I did and am looking for ways to fix it, got any hints or tips
that I could use I am running out of ideas.

Thanks again
