OK all you motorheads connected to DC;

When in the name of God's creation is DC going to serve-up 2001 info on
their Website? They have only been selling these for 2 months with no hard
info on what is available and what is not. Granted I already have mine, but
it would sure be nice to compare what I order to what I should have gotten.

Update on my 5spd tranny problems (was it Chris that had the same 3rd gear
problem I do). Well talking to the Service Dept. today they indicated that
it had a deformed shifting fork and it was binding, but of course they will
not have repair parts until next week, so I am without a brand new truck for
about a week. My question is, that shifting fork had to be forged, then it
had to be machined for the slide-rail, and then it had to be installed in
the tranny during assembly at New Venture, so how did that many different
pairs of eyes not detect that it was forge deformed. Oh well now I have
become the Owner of a brand new truck that has been yanked apart and
re-assemble long before I even hardly had a chance to drive it, boy am I
blessed. Brings back memories of tearing the rear end out-ta the '97 with
three (3) miles showing on the odometer, although CC gave me a 6yr/75000,
$50 deductible warranty, for that one.

L. John M
Gibson swept side coming, air intake ready for install, but no truck.
