That particular vehicle was provided to Hotchkis as a Pre-production vehicle.
Not emissions legal. Hotchkis is going to stay in the performance suspension
business - not dally into the brakes, interior business. This happens all the
time. Chrysler and other companies donated the parts. They do not want them
sold.
