Tie-Downs

While I am sure the Dakota-savvy DML'rs have probably tried this at one
time, I had never seen it posted so I thought I would share my discovery.

The Gen III Daks have those two (almost worthless) tie-downs in the front
of the bed, actually recessed into the bed.

I was at the hardware store today and at the counter they were selling
carabiners (3") as "cool" keyring accessories.

I bought 2 and attached them to the in-the-bed tie-downs. The really nice
part of this is that they completely disappear into the well when not in
use (so you don't have to worry about scratching something laid on top) but
they pop right out if you want to tie something down and make that whole
evolution a heck of a lot easier than fishing rope around that little post.

Cost $2.12
