It depends on how your mail client is set up. MS has this tendency to
set up their defaults very unsafely - they enable "show attachments
inline" out of the box and if you use a "preview" window you're screwed
pretty much right away. Any client that uses MS's HTML components may
be in danger. Independents should be safe until you open the file
itself.
