Anyone have one of these covers?

I'm flipping through my Summit catalog and found the Bill Kuhlmann
Designes third brake light covers. They only have one listed for the
Dakota, and according to my big catalog of accessories (handed out at my
local speed shop), it's an aluminum plate with "Sport" cut out over the
brake light area, and slots over the cargo light areas on the sides.

I'm really close to just picking up and ordering. Anyone have one of
these? $40 sound like a good price? Does it mount inside the light
assembly, or over the plastic lense?
