Don't know the max ratings on the lifters, but i've turned Hydraulic Rollers
close to 6800 before (5.0L SVO Block though).

Whose drops off quickly at 5000 ? Mine pulls strong all the way to 6000 and
if I leave it in drive and let it shift normal 5300 1 to 2 and 5000 2 to 3
then I lose about 3 tenths ?? I wouldn't do it if it wasn't helping out.
When I do this on the motor I am also using stock ignition other than the
blaster 3 coil and plugs gapped at .045, supposed to be .035. If I push 6000
to hard I have gotten a miss but shift 5900 and not a miss. I do use the MSD
when running juice without any problems.

Have heard of any know lifter problems from reving 6000 ? I've only heard
rumors and theories ?
